this has been a week of firsts......

• this was our first week of tuesday night discipleship, and i co-lead a group of sixth-grade girls with my friend rachel.....i'm so excited and i look forward to this year!!!! i know we'll have a lot of fun, and i also can't wait to see what i'll learn teaching this group.
• it was also my first week of wednesday night bible study as a junior. it was kind of weird walking into mrs. gelnett's house and having the senior girls there with us. but it's also really cool and i think i'm going to learn a lot from this bible study.
• for the first time we got to sort of apply what we were learning in physics to everyday life....so now i have a better visual of all the problems we're working on. i'm really liking physics.
• today was the first day learning the present tense of the subjunctive mood in french 3. it's going to be fun b/c it's challenging.....but i also know already that i am gonna confuse it with present indicative most of the time.

anywho......life has been kind of stressful, but God has given me joy and comfort and i'm thankful for that.
