so, we had our Fine Arts Banquet last night. i didn't get home till like 12:05 or something like that. so basically i'm not exactly too awake right now. but that's okay. ooh and i actually got an award, as did many of my friends. some of my senior friends got scholarships--that was cool. oh, and congrats to Nurge for getting multiple awards--he got at least 3 i think, but one was outstanding junior choir person...member.....whatever. so, yeah, big "STEIN AUF!!" for that. also, after school today Mr. Shirah posted the choirs for next year (as in, who made what choir). so, of course i went to see. and of course many of my friends made the mixed choir!! i'm so proud of them all. they rock. actually, i got the unique experience of sitting in on all the auditions for my class period, because i accompanied everyone on their audition piece. that was cool, and i must say that everyone did very, very well, despite how badly some of them think they did. if only those girls could listen to how they sang at the beginning of the year and how they sang in auditions....there is a huge difference. they've all improved a lot.
anywho, tonight we're having our sophomore girls' sleepover, and i'll be going on only 4 hours of sleep and absolutely no caffeine whatsoever, since my doctor told me not to drink caffeine anymore. then tomorrow i get to pack for Pine Cove and Mexico, and then some of the people from my english class (including the teacher) are going to see Troy. not sure if i'm going yet, but i might. then, of course, senior speeches are on sunday. dang it, i'm gonna be a wreck.
anyways....hey, did i mention there are 2 1/2 DAYS OF SCHOOL LEFT!!!!! i'm totally pumped. no seriously. for real. well, i'm out for today. toodles!!
